What kind of goods can be returned?
Items you don't need or order by mistake - We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" service for all unused items that remain in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged goods - If the goods you receive are damaged, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the goods. We will assist you with a full refund or exchange. If not within 5 days after receiving the goods, we will assist you. Please respond within days. We are sorry that we are unable to assist you.
How to return goods?
For some items, our return address may be different, please be sure to contact us to confirm the relevant information before sending back any products.
Damaged items will be returned free of charge and we will provide you with this information when you contact us.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.
The system will process your refund within 3-5 working days and automatically refund the amount to your original payment account.
